Customizable with Heated Bat Rolling and/or Shaving - The NEW 2025 Marucci CATX2 USSSA JBB (-10) is finely tuned barrel profile creates more surface area, a wider sweet spot, and higher overall performance, while a more balanced design creates faster swings. Designed for a smooth, solid feel during contact by adding the optimal amount of liquid-gel in the knob to reduce and absorb vibrations like never before. The Optimized Barrel Profile is more evenly distributed mass of the ring-free, multi-variable wall design across the entire barrel for a wider, more consistent sweet spot. Also with the Marucci CatX2 tightened production tolerances allows barrel diameters to be built to the maximum limit, creating more surface area and higher overall performance. First and foremost, the Marucci has increased the AZR Alloy barrel diameter by about 2.5mm to be closer to the maximum allowable limit. This increase results in a more flexible barrel and higher performance! Secondly, the CatX2 will be equipped with a Liquid-Gel Dampening Knob, Marucci's newest anti-vibration technology, which situates a precise amount of clear liquid gel into the knob to dissipate vibrations and sting. In addition, the CatX2 will also have new custom-sized handle tapers for a more ergonomic fit and improved bat control
