By making your purchase of one of our products or services the buyer assumes ALL the risks associated with any unauthorized use of this product. This unauthorized use includes but is not limited to sanctioned events or leagues with rules prohibiting the use of Rolled, Shaved, or physically altered bats, by rolling or shaving your bat you are VOIDING all manufacturer warranties. Any attempt to return a rolled or shaved bat to the supplier for warranty coverage can be deemed FRAUD and you will solely be held responsible for any legal actions that may result from this attempted action.

BatRolling4u, LLC is NOT an “authorized dealer” for the bats sold on our site therefore we are NOT permitted to offer standard dealer warranties. Even though our "Custom" bats are not covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty we offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the workmanship of our Rolling and/or Shaving, we'll re-roll or shave your bat at no charge. All new bat orders are fulfilled from our inventory and are NEW IN THE WRAPPER prior to processing your order.

The use of ASA and 1.20BPF, USSSA, BBCOR, Little League Approved, USA Bat or any variation of these are simply for identification purposes only. Also, the use of any manufacturer's logos, descriptions or images are for identification purposes ONLY, we are not affiliated with any manufacturer and ALL bats are being sold from our personal inventory. We are the sole owner of this inventory and thereby are authorized to make modifications to such inventory in any manner. By customizing your new bat by rolling or shaving your bat you understand that your product may exceed the designed performance specifications and since these products are only to be used in approved events. You should consult with your league, association, or event coordinator prior to use of the customized product.

I will indemnify, defend, and hold BatRolling4U, LLC and its members, managers, agents, employees and assign harmless from all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or encountered in connection with my or anyone else's use of the bat(s). Such indemnity shall extend to claims, demands, or liability for injuries occurring out of or in connection with the use of the bat(s) regardless of whether the bat(s) were used in a legal or illegal manner.

BatRolling4U, LLC is not responsible for or liable for slight alterations that may have to be made to the bat(s) to accomplish the shaving process. I acknowledge and understand that the balance of the bat(s) may feel different due to the material being removed and any end loading added back in. There may also be some minor scratches on the end of the bat where the endcap connects. This is perfectly normal and will occasionally happen during the removal process. BatRolling4U, LLC does not warrant the rolled or shaved bat(s) from cracking or denting.

Warranty/Guarantees

We stand behind all our products 100% and offer a 100% breakage guarantee (Bat Rolling & Bat Shaving services ONLY). If by some unlikely event, we crack or damage your bat during the rolling or shaving process we will replace it with a new one at no charge to you. If for some reason the bat is no longer available, we will give you a bat or equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with our bat rolling or shaving services, we will roll and or shave your bat again at no cost. You only need to pay for the shipping back to us. I understand that it is recommended that use of the bat (s) is not to be used in under 60-degree weather or Batting Cages.

Cancellation Policy

All new custom bat orders are FINAL. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items. If you need to cancel a new bat order prior to it being shipped there WILL BE a restocking fee of $45 for each rolled bat being cancelled. If your item is a special ordered custom bat (Shaved) higher restocking fees up to $80 could be applied.

If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the interpretation or enforcement of this agreement or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of the agreement, then the successful or prevailing party or parties will be entitled to recover their reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs (including the cost of experts) incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which they may be entitled.
